And one of these is Russell Brand, an English comedian actor, and activist who has been a drug and alcohol addict before and is now a certified yoga teacher and mediator.

Rusell hit rock bottom in 2003 with an addiction to heroin that gave him work in MTV due to his abilities in hosting, he had been doing drugs since 19 years old and was a heroin addict for four years. Fortunately, his former manager and friend Chip Sommers stepped in, telling him that if he will not stop he will either be in prison, lunatic asylum, or graveyard. So he decided to go to a 12-step program.
