Yin Yoga Class (1hr)

When you are stressed out, one of the best ways to relieve your stress is through yin yoga poses. You can perform these in bed. You can even practice them in the middle of the day if you are too tired to leave your room. Here’s how to do it:

First, Yin Yoga is incredibly relaxing. The gentle movements combined with profound stillness can help you feel relieved of stress. You can also use props to facilitate the practice. In order to get the most benefit from Yin Yoga for stress, you should try the seated forward pose. This pose will open up your hips and lower back and stimulate your kidneys and liver. It is also a great exercise for relieving indigestion.

The next Yin Yoga For Stress pose is the Caterpillar. The idea is to roll forward, not fold deep. Instead, you should gently roll your spine forward in a relaxed manner. It’s not the same as the caterpillar pose, but the same concept applies. You should be able to feel your shoulders relax in this pose in a matter of minutes. And you should be able to do it for at least three minutes.

For the first pose, bend the left leg at a 90-degree angle, and the right one should be parallel to the front of the mat. If the thighs aren’t quite touching, use a prop to raise your left leg to parallel the mat. Depending on your body, you can also lie flat on your back while releasing tension from your neck. When you’ve finished, simply fold forward over the right leg to rest your head.

This is an excellent method for those with injuries and chronic conditions. Not only is it easier on the body than any other type of yoga, but it’s also great for meditating, since Yin Yoga is a meditation and allows you to release tension in tight spots. By focusing on these muscles, you’ll be able to improve your flexibility and reduce your stress levels at the same time. You’ll also notice a significant difference in your daily life after practicing Yin Yoga for Stress.

The baby toe pose is another great posture for a calming effect. It stretches your lower back and groin, while relaxing your mind. The baby toe pose helps to relieve stress and fatigue, and is an excellent way to end a Yin yoga session. These poses are an essential part of Yin Yoga For Stress. They can also help you to improve your posture. The Baby Toe Pose is a great Yin Yoga For Stress workout, and you should always start with this one!

Another important part of Yin Yoga is breathing. Breathing deeply and slowly allows you to remain focused while performing the poses. For this yoga style, you must breathe deeply from your diaphragm while drawing your navel into your spine. Remember to double your exhale and your inhale. That’s a good rule of thumb for deep breathing. You can practice it at any time during your yoga sessions.

1 Hour Yin Yoga Class to calm stress or anxiety & release tension. Relax & stretch deep into the body to calm your body and mind.

We all suffer from stress, tension, anxiety and overwhelm especially at the moment. Yin Yoga is your go to yoga class to help you calm and settle when you need it.

If you’re stressed or anxious your system needs a boost! This guided Yin Yoga class is everything you and your body needs during stressful times. It is suitable for all (suitable for beginners) and the effects last long after the practice.

Practice regularly for best results!

I’ve practiced and taught Yin Yoga for years and I promise more you do it the better your body responds. You are teaching your body a new skill…. how to relax and release stress and tension! How to return to balance and health.

Yin Yoga is a practice of surrender. It is the art of letting go – physically and mentally! Yin yoga encourages and allows your body to rebalance and restore to health and wellbeing.

Each posture is passive (we relax into it gradually) for between 3-5 mins. The safer the body feels the more it will let go and so there will be plenty of options and alterations to allow the posture to feel just right.

I will guide you to feel the deep stretch but feel safe / able to relax and surrender fully to the posture too.

This hour long guided yin yoga class is an effective calming technique. It will slow you down and give you the space you need to meet with your body. As you become aware of where the stress and tension is held you will breath and release over time.

The key is NO pressure on the body to relax and NO rush. Just let the stress and tension fall away gradually – without forcing or trying.
