In our present time meditation is paving the way as a stress and anxiety relief. Meditation has many forms and can be used with some other spiritual practices that could give several advantages.

Meditation requires discipline, determination and commitment to make it a regular habit.  You have to regularly practice meditation in order to enjoy its benefits to the fullest and in the long run. Those who have physical limitations can enjoy meditation without having to worry about their physical capabilities, and it can surely help them ease any stress they have in their body.
