Yoga Poses for Beginners
If you haven’t tried yoga before you may feel it’s a bit intimidating. You might feel worried about not being flexible enough or not being physically fit. It is normal for us to feel this way and get unfocused by the challenges of every pose we see, while you certainly don’t want to lose sight of goals or the engaging atmosphere that makes you come back to your mat, it’s an excellent idea to take a critical eye to your yoga practice now and see where you could improve more.
You have to bear in mind that yoga is not just about arm balancing, or any working out poses, it’s more than meets the eye. You just have to open your heart into it and practice regularly in order to get your way up to a more advanced pose.
Even those who already master yoga are still trying to go back to basics habitually to reexamine the actions and alignment of foundational standing poses, backbends, forward bends, and inversions.
Here are the yoga poses for beginners that every level can also enjoy.
· Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
This yoga pose is like a majestic steadiness like a mountain, from the word itself Tada means Mountain. It is the base for all the standing yoga poses., it may seem just a standing positing but there is a lot going on.
· Tree Pose (Vrksasana)
Tree is an amazing standing balance for beginners. It can help the yoga practitioner gain focus and clarity, and learn to breathe.
· Triangle (Trikonasana)
Triangle is a magnificent standing posture to stretch the sides of the waist, open up the lungs, strengthen the legs and tone the entire body. Triangle Pose is indeed one of the essential standing yoga pose.
· Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I)
Warrior pose is typical for building strength and stamina in a yoga practice. It gives us confidence and stretches the hips and thighs while building strength in the entire lower body and core.
· Child Pose ( Balasna )
This child pose is very common like the other yoga poses, it is gentle resting pose that will stretcg the hips, thighs and legs while working on your stress and tension.
· Savasana (Corpse Pose)
It has been said that a yoga session will never be complete without a final relaxation posture. Savasana may seem easy because you are just laying down without any movements, it is still hard among the asanas for you should try to stay present and aware.
